			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dave has a coat from J. Crew he bought when he was in grad school. It&#8217;s missing a button. Which drives me batty every time he wears it. We don&#8217;t have a car, so visiting sewing stores and searching for a matching button would be a royal PITA. On a whim, I called J. Crew and asked if they had any spare buttons for a coat bought more than five years ago. The nice lady on the phone told me she would &#8220;research&#8221; it for me. Yeah, right. About a month later, after I had forgotten about the button issue, I got the following email:</p>
